Wednesdays 6–8pm · Starting April 1 · $220/month · 6 students max

A welcoming, grounding beginning for people new to clay. Each student works with 12.5 lbs of clay across the series and leaves with multiple finished, glazed pieces.

What you'll learn week by week

Week 1: Wedging and centering: preparing your clay, finding center on the wheel

Week 2: Opening and pulling: creating your first cylinder, building walls

Week 3: Trimming and refining: shaping feet, cleaning forms, understanding structure

Week 4: Glazing and finishing: color, surface, and how your pieces will fire

12.5 lbs of premium studio clay

All tools and materials

Hands-on instruction throughout

Firings included, you take your pieces home

Good to know

No experience needed. Wear clothes you don't mind getting clay on. Limited to 6 students so everyone gets real time at the wheel.
