This one-day wheel class is an immersive introduction to throwing on the pottery wheel—designed for beginners and the curious alike. We’ll slow things down and focus on the fundamentals: centering clay, pulling walls, and shaping simple forms like cups or small bowls.
You’ll get guided, hands-on instruction, time to practice, and plenty of grace for the wobble. The wheel teaches patience. The clay teaches honesty. You don’t need experience—just a willingness to try, fail a little, and try again.
By the end of the class, you’ll leave grounded, clay-dusted, and quietly proud. Finished pieces will be glazed and fired by the studio and ready for pickup at a later date.
